What’s better than a Lake Getaway! Enjoy this amazing lakeside (just steps away from Lake LeBoeuf) 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom lake cottage for your next getaway out of town. You’ll have plenty of room in the spacious open concept living, dining and kitchen area; but, you find your self drawn to the private deck, outside hot tub deck both day and night use. Take in the night sky while you rest from a long day on the Lake with the year round hot tub! The spacious upstairs bedroom with king bed provides an amazing view of the lake. Loads of natural light throughout the cottage.
Yes, this is a duplex! So, guests could stay/book the other adjacent unit! If that is not okay, please do not book or just book both units!
Be sure to bring your paddle-board, kayak or canoe (small craft boats are welcome) for a fabulous day on the water. Lake LeBoeuf Lodge sits in quaint and cozy Waterford, Pa with old town flair with wonderful restaurants, grocery store, Dollar General among other options. Just 7 miles from the of Erie and easy access to I-79/I-90 and the Peach Street shopping.
Wi-Fi/Internet is available along multiple networks. Additional WiFi/Internet and Smart TV is located at the Pavilion and can be enjoyed by guests of the cottage as well as the rest of the campground as these are common spaces.
Rent multiple RV’s, and the “sister” cottage Deja Blue Cottage for big groups ideal for sports tournaments in Erie and Edinboro!
Please Note: Being steps away from the lake the area is subject to some flooding. Due to occasional flooding, we recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles especially during Spring and Fall.

Review
It all seemed easy enough. Information was sent timely and rules clearly stated. A couple of issues: The rental was lovely.. well thought out and spacious. Most of the amenities were out when we arrived, but were being put away into storage the next morning. Did find maintenance and he was nice enough to get the grill back out and add water to the hot tub. View and proximity to the lake was great!
Owner's Response: Thank you for sharing your stay experience with us! This time of year we do start to put away some outdoor amenities, as we do not want them to get damaged by the weather to come. The hot tub is a year-round amenity, though, for our guests to enjoy during all seasons! Glad you enjoyed your stay!-
Stayed at the Blue Chill Cottage and had a wonderful time. Spacious, accommodating, and super fun. Kayaking on the lake was a real treat. Plenty of games and the fire pit was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

I've gotta say this is definitely one of my top places to stay. Had a little hiccup at the beginning but they took care of it immediately but I will definitely be back. Had a great few days and I'm the most relaxed I've been in quite awhile 😊. The hot tub and kayaking on the lake was awesome!! I would love to live here if I could. Now to go home and enjoy the rest of my vacation till Monday 😆. Thanks for everything!!

The site was clean. But the lights near the sink didn't work or the outlets when we arrived and the oven had no door on it.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback on our cottage! We did get notified of these issues during your stay which is much appreciated, and the owner is working on the underlying electrical issue to fix the lighting. As for the oven, the whole unit needs replaced (waiting on shipping) so we have added a countertop oven in the meantime. -
Canadian ladies looking for a quiet relaxing trip. Close to shopping and the beach. This place didn't disappoint. 20 mins to Millcreek mall and 40 mins to the beach. Waterford is a safe friendly town with great Restaurants. The home was clean and spacious. Office on site if you have questions or need anything. We had a wonderful time.
