Each property is managed as a distinct business unit. Sure, we handle the financial transactions associated with each guest stay, including, HomePayments, AirBnB payouts, credit card processing and payment by check for you. Each property also has a separate checking account and a set of financials so revenue, expense, and margin can be viewed on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
