Looking for an private, rustic luxury guest experience? Look no further Whiskey Rock Cabin is your ultimate getaway. This tucked away cabin that sits on 10 acres of PA Wilds is set in the middle of 16,000 acres of PA State Gamelands #51. Hike, hunt or explore directly from the cabin–just be sure to leave with a map and compass as you embark on any excursion. When you return, enjoy the sunset on the oversized covered patio on the front or large side patio with picnic table, hot tub and outdoor seating. Inside the cabin has all the luxury that you want for a cozy getaway. Enjoy the floor to ceiling gas fireplace, in-floor heat, Flat Screen TV and Satellite Internet (DATA rules apply).
Please note this cabin sits at approximately 2900 feet elevation. Guests MUST have AWD/4WD to stay here from Nov 1-March 31st. Guests that fail to abide by this advice will get stuck and be disappointed.
Please use 727 Bryner Road, Ohiopyle, Pa, 15470 and Google Maps for GPS (confirmed to work).
Security: For the safety or our guests and the protection of the property against criminal activity, all guests understand that, at a minimum, there is a “Blink” security camera type located at the front and rear entrance of the cabin to monitor access/egress and driveway areas. Security cameras are in use 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Guests should not remove, disturb, modify or damage any part of the onsite security system. IF this occurs it will result in the loss of security deposit or added charges, which ever applies.

Bird feeders attracted all kinds of birds just outside the living room window. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. They thought of everything here.

We did enjoy our weekend stay at Whiskey Rock. Everything about the cabin matched the listing and found it to be clean and cozy. We had picked it due to the proximity to Ohiopyle where our son is currently living and it allowed him to visit rather easily I would recommend it to others!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was decorated so warmly and had everything you could want. Just as described!! Would love to come back. Our only recommendation is privacy curtains in the living room door. While neighbors aren't too close, there is one nearby that is visible in the winter when there are no leaves in the trees.

We had a great 2 night, 3 day stay at this beautiful cabin. Everything listed is completely accurate, the cabin is appointed very nicely from the towels to the kitchen appliances- there is nothing cheap. Hot tub was easy to operate and a nice feature to use while we endured the 8” of snow for the weekend. We suggest packing food for your stay as local stores are about a 30 minute drive, we knew that and prepared - frankly that’s what makes this place so nice is its location and isolation.

My wife and I spend our anniversary weekend at the Whiskey Rock Cabin. The place was immaculate and really quite perfect for us. Property manager was kind and on point setting up the hot tub for us. Close to Ohiopyle and Frank Lloyd Wright homes. Great getaway. We highly recommend it!

Our stay at Whiskey Rock was better than great it was fantastic! Such a secluded, peaceful, and beautiful cabin. It was perfect for my family of four. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! The cabin has everything you need, my kids loved the open property and the upstairs. It was amazing. While we were there we visited the Laurel Caverns and the Natural Water slides. Everything is within a 30 min drive. We are already planning for our trip next year. Highly recommend Whiskey Rock Cabin.

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, remote mountain cabin near PA State game lands. The location to Ohiopyle, and Nemacolin were great! The hot tub and modern upgrades throughout interior were well done. Gravel road with very minimal human or vehicle traffic in front of cabin was perfect for walking the dog or going for a run. During the time of our stay, the cabin had quite a number of black ants both alive and dead throughout the interior which required us to be attentive to clean them up and dispose twice daily. This was more than your typical country home black ants coming in so it was bothersome particularly at the price point. Travis the property manager was responsive to this and a water pressure matter. All in all, a nice stay in a well located cabin.

The cabin was the perfect place for a secluded romantic retreat for my significant other and I. The property and cabin are beautiful and fully equipped. Close to Ohiopyle and the other local attractions. Would definitely stay again!

This place is amazing! Cozy, private and well maintained. Perfect for a weekend get away for couples or small families. One hour away from Pittsburgh and you feel like your 1000 miles away! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, 10/10!

We absolutely loved the cabin! Had a blast and was very clean. We did reach out to property manager for a broom but never heard back. We didn’t have good service so we’re not sure if that had anything to do with it. Wi-Fi was very in and out. Otherwise we enjoyed ourselves! We’ll be back in the future!

Everything was great except when we went to get into the hottub on the 2nd night it had leaked so much water that we couldn't use it and there was no point in trying to contact anyone because it would never be up to temp that night so we could use it

We would have directed you to the sister cabin just a short walk away rather than have you not enjoy a night in the hot tub (clearly it meant a lot to you)…but, that's why reaching out is so important. My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary at Whiskey Rock Cabin near Ohiopyle and thr place and our stay was perfect! Secluded, very modern and clean, hot tub was amazing, and so close to all the benefits of Ohiopyle with the waterfalls, hiking and beautiful fall scenery. Thank you to our host!

The cabin is clean and well-maintained, with a hot tub just outside the side door. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the dishes, parts, and utensils you could need. It was very cozy and comfortable, and very close to some great attractions including to Frank Loyd Wright houses that we visited.

Comfortable, warm, clean newly built cabin, close to Ohiopyle State Park and Falling water. Only wish they could do something with the very high tv above the fireplace. ( maybe add a shelf to divert heat from tv) very hard to watch from smaller loveseat. Loved the bird feeder outside the window!

This was a great setting for relaxation. We had a very restful vacation and felt like we were in a remote location far from home despite the cabin only being about an hour from the Pittsburgh metro area. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were also plenty of interesting things to see and do in the area.
