BLUE MOUNTAIN RETREAT

The house was super easy to find and check-in process was easy! The home was warm and cozy and the shower had excellent water pressure. The house wasn’t as clean as one would hope. Dirty towels and empty beer cans were left in one bedroom. And crumbs were in the sofa cushions. Something else to consider is that the walls are very thin in the house, so once the kids wake up - everyone is up ;) Location to seven springs was very convenient, we had a great ski trip!

We had everything we needed for our short 3 day family winter trip to seven springs (20-25 min) and hidden valley (10 min). Very roomy place. Recently renovated. Clean and cozy. If the weather was worse we would have needed to use 4WD for in and out of parking area. Our cars have it, but just something for others to note. Upstairs bedrooms get a little hot, even with thermostat on 68, but it was manageable. Also the floors aren’t quiet if you’ve got little ones running around. All those things are probably no big deal unless you have small heavy footed children like us. If you like pot coffee, make sure to pack one. There was a keurig so we brought our own. That’s probably me being overly critical and pretty standard for a holiday rental. We would come back. There were tons of games and even toys for our kids. They loved being here. They’re already asking to return to the ‘blue cabin.’ Also close to a couple local restaurants. You don’t need to come here expecting to rough it. We didn’t use them but there were bikes to take for a spin, a hot tub, and a really cool fire pit area. Maybe we will check those out next time!

Great place for a weekend getaway. The place was great and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is very nicely decorated. Extremely clean! Beds were comfortable. Had everything you needed there. Outside fire pit was awesome. Easy to find and close to restaurants and shopping. Excellent place to stay!

Loved being able to relax, loved the bathtub and hot tub. Daughter loved the games. Thanks and we will be back

My boyfriend and I stayed at the beautiful cabin for a weekend getaway. The cabin is beautiful! Just like in the pictures. There are plenty oh hiking trails a few minutes drive away. The hot tub is a wonderful way to relax after a fun day of exploring!

Very clean, well stocked, nicely furnished house. Owners were very responsive. Would recommend 4 wheel or higher clearance car as road is a little rough. Enjoyed our week there.

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed eating at Oakhurst and rustic mountain pizza. The only thing that concerned me when we got there was the ac was in window units in the bedrooms only. I am always hot. But it was not an issue at all. There were plenty of fans and the fresh air was nice.

Rented this cabin for the weekend for 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of activities provided by the owner's, and close to area attractions. Very satisfied with our stay.

Over all it was a good place to get away. All of the updates for the house were charming. The beds were comfortable and same with the couch. The down stairs bathroom was lovely but upstairs, we were nervous if you leaned on the sink that it was going to fall off the fall. I'm guessing that the upstairs bathroom will be updated like the rest of the house and same with the stairs being finished. We were a little surprised by the yard or lack of it, so it is not an activity friendly yard.

I am very happy with the responsiveness and the flexibility when working with you guys! I would highly recommend this stay. They are always available when you need them and willing to work with you and your needs. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our visit in this cozy and inviting space. It's obvious you have worked hard and done a wonderful job! Loved the children's room with the double bunks. The first floor bathroom with the unexpected luxurious soaking tub was a real hit with us! We look forward to a return visit.
