House Lock Instructions
Though the home may be locked at your arrival, your guest code for the keypad is 3021. To unlock the door, enter the guest code and press the “lock icon” on the keypad. The deadbolt will lock/unlock automatically.

Contactless Access.
You do not have to meet anyone to gain access to the property.
No Parties
Pick up after your pet! Please don’t leave any droppings for us or the next guest to find.
Please remember the owner requires all dogs to be crated when left unsupervised in the home.
No Smoking Inside. Smoking outside is okay just be sure to pick up any cigarette or cigar butts.
Alert us immediately if anything breaks. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest if you don’t tell us right away.
Clean up spills and crumbs. Inside or outside, they attract critters quickly.
Double check. Check for left behind belongings and tidy up any toys.
Please DON’T remake beds. Remove pillows from pillowcases and strip linens. Leave all linens and towels in the laundry room.
Bag all garbage. Leave the garbage by the back door in heavy-duty bags found under the sink.
Firepit. Firewood is BYO. Only burn dry wood that will fit inside the fire pit.
Lock Doors
Lock all house doors, close and latch any windows you may have opened.
To lock the door simply press the “lock icon”. Since there are no keys, there are no keys to return.
Watch for wildlife! Do not leave food or garbage outside.
Thermostat. When leaving during the summer, turn down the a/c to 74′. When leaving for the winter, turn the thermostat for heat to 60′.
